I think it will be nice to have an option to set global prefix of all Storage Implementation.
In case you use one Redis instance/db you will have collision between settings, clients, tokens etc.
Simplest implementation could be a second constructor parameter at RedisAdapter

//RedisAdapter
 public function __construct(Client $redis, $globalPrefix = '') 

// Use
$server->setClientStorage(new Lewis\OAuth2\Server\Storage\RedisClient($redis, 'application1'));

I could try to implement it if it will be accepted as pull request

@jasonlewis I am looking to update and take over some of the work created from this project.

The one sticking point that I'm looking at is the current BSD2 license.
My company and I prefer to release our OSS under the MIT license and switching from BSD to MIT on derivative works requires consent of the original license holder.

There are a lot of patterns that I would like to adopt from the project, but want to keep things in the clear for licensing.

Is it published on packagist? It seems it's not. Any plan to do this?
