Simulate battery drains too quickly

To Reproduce

1. FAB -> Simulate connect pen
2. Watch battery indicator

Expected behavior

Slower battery drain

userDoa login queries return null

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run in debug mode
2. Login with known good email/password
3. Watch output in debug console
4. See null

Clicking past the "Connect with Your Doctor" screen too quickly with the "I'll do this later" button triggers a null pointer exception on progress_bar

Database:

I skipped the fingerprint/biometrics when rebuilding the login with room/persistence.
Go back and add biometrics.

Now that data/persistence is built, finish/connect the view/display for each of:

Connect "Create User" -> "Add Pen" -> "Add Provider (Optional)" -> "At a Glance"
Currently it is "Create User" -> "At a Glance" -> individual actions
