Hi there 👋

Resolve Geometry Artifacts

Empty Subsets

Fix subset assignment in .ugx right now when you open the .ugx nothing appears because you have to manually select all and assign the subset

UGX error, refinements

I corrected the code, the issue was that the 'i' and 't' in parallelframe.py were unhashable, I resolved this by casting them to int().

Bad element message

Fixed the "bad element" message in Promesh4, issue was too many indexes for edges/faces.

Check Normals

Check orientation of surface triangulations i.e. check normals.

Unity Mapping Issue

Can now generate meshes for NeuroVisor in Unity ✅, but the mapping is not right --> TO DO! ⚠️ 🚧

Detached Soma

Cells with soma point degree == 2 (no soma line segment) produce a detached soma --> should be quick fix!
