ここで「私」と記載する場合、「とまちー」(Twitter: @book000 / Discord: tomachi#0310)のことを指します。

私のアイコンなどを加工などする場合、以下のことを守ってください。

• 商用利用を全面的に禁止します。例えば、SUZURI などで T シャツ、ストラップやマグカップなどに貼り付けて販売、(あり得ないとは思いますが)即売会などでの販売などは禁止です。
• 私のアイコンの加工、二次利用等は特に禁止しません。但し、出来れば私の性格などを知っている人にいじっていただきたいです(制限まではしませんが)。私が知らない人(や嫌いな人)なのに勝手にいじくられても大していい気分にはなりませんので…
• 加工等した場合、広く共有・多くのユーザーが使えるようにしてほしいです。加工されたものを私も見たいので。(例えば、Discordサーバ「Tomachi Emojis」の絵文字リストに追加するなど。)
• 私、または第三者などの名誉や信用を毀損する行為を一切禁じます。
• 著作権等の権利を一切放棄していませんので、それらの権利を侵害するような行為はすべて禁止します。常識的範疇でお願いします。
