Make ColorBar integral part of PeriodicTable so it that takes only a prop to show a PeriodicTable with a Colorbar without the need to import 2 components and manually hook them up so that their color scales match.

Also, by popular request, let's show lethal dose (LD50) for hovered element in ActiveElement.svelte.

When a heat map is selected, display its values (probably instead of element names).

We also shouldn't display the original element color if heat map values are missing but set a distinct fallback value.
