Refactor combat unit sheet to just be a unit wide sheet without any options to select dates

Remove current soldier sheet

Add a new sheet that displays attendance over a selected time period for all soldiers in that combat unit in a compact and concrete user interface

Pretty simple fix, probably because the template tries to load a mission that has been deleted which causes a template rendering error

The only thing I think we still use from thirdinf module is the TPR system. This system needs to be generalized and added to PENH.

When soldiers get the report in warning notification, and then go to the op center, the report in button gives an error "you can't report in again after x days". Instead they need to click in some obscure link in the recent activity table.

Change the report in button to so it does the same functionality as the link in the table if the soldier received the warning. This way the button will always work.
