salesforce-round-robin's Issues

Maximum Stack Depth Reached

Scenario:

  • am implementing this for a client in an existing implementation and am forced to run this as an after save.
  • have this running in a scheduled flow, batches of 10 leads, 1 mins after lead insert

When inserting 200 leads through data loader, regardless of batch size (except 1) and time delay (up to 2 mins) the first 50 leads are successfully inserted, after which I receive a message: Maximum Stack Depth Reached: 1001

Thanks for your help!

Expected Data Limits with Flow?

Has this solution been tested at scale? How many records can it handle before max CPU time exceeded?

I'd like to use it for a cleanup process to avoid data skew, so I have thousands of records to move.

Custom Setting Name too long

I'm trying to use this repo for round-robin assignment of records to a parent to avoid data skew. I'm coming across the following error: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, Custom Setting Name too long: npsp__Allocation__c.npsp__General_Accounting_Unit__c: Name: [Name]

It looks like the limit is 38 characters for custom settings. Any chance of handling that error directly?
