James Hunt's Projects

pong icon pong

At university we were encouraged to mess around with graphics in C#. I picked this up quite well so I thought I would try to make a classic game! I am also working on the JavaScript version.

rugby-league-app icon rugby-league-app

Android app designed for captains of sports teams (in this case Rugby) where they need to allocate player numbers & see what players are available on which days.

rusty-repairs-database icon rusty-repairs-database

The aim of this system is to provide a functional database to a fictional repair company. They wish to be able to track all transactions, see all parts, order parts, book repairs, allocate jobs to staff and so on.

rusty-repairs-web-client icon rusty-repairs-web-client

Building further on the Rusty's Repairs university project (also on GitHub) to include a client based system with which the workers and customers can interact.

space-invaders icon space-invaders

I recently made the old school game Pong, so I thought why not continue on this trend and make Space Invaders! Let's see how this goes...

traffic-light-simulation icon traffic-light-simulation

Concurrent traffic light simulation to demonstrate safe multi-threading where clients can interact with a server through a proxy.

word-search icon word-search

At university we were challenged to make a simple yet effective word search game in C#.

xamarin-demo-apps icon xamarin-demo-apps

Currently covering Xamarin mobile applications at university. This repo contains all of the code covered in lab sessions and also for the Xamarin projects taken on in my spare time over the course of this module.
