I've been looking for a Grunt plugin to start my server before my E2E tests run, and to stop it afterwards. This seems to be a perfect fit, except that my server takes slightly longer to actually start listening than it takes for the first test to run against it. This means that the tests always fail because the server isn't yet running.
What would be ideal would be some way of waiting for the service to have started - by watching for some string on stdout/stderr for example - and then continuing only after that has happened.
The version in the npm repository doesn't seem to have #4 included.
