Should implement the option for different colors for each trade bag type (engineering, mining, herbalism, etc)
I have a little trouble. I use Auctionator. When I put any thing to auction by /LClick (Auctionator's binding, also binding in Bagnon for Flash function)and press for close all open frames and reopen auction frame, bag's frame not opened. I need press twice for open Bagnon (bag's frame). Duno, maybe it's interference between addons, but it's appear in last version. After I was back to 2.15.0 Beta, this phenomenon disappear. (Sorry for lot letters :-) )
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
a Profile system like the one in Genie (addon to sort bags/banks etc). allows you to have separate settings for all characters (which is the current way bagnon functions), or to have all the same, or different by class, realm, etc
Please provide any additional information below.
my personal preference is to have all bagnon settings the same for all characters; only was to do that as of now is to create hardlinks in windows filesyestem to point all bagnon.lua files to the same master file.
4.2 removed the keyring , therefore you get this on ptr:

"I'd like to be able to save searches and dock them, as icons, to a bar on
one of the sides of the bag. The searches themselves are exceptionally
powerful, and I think this feature would better bring Bagnon in line with
those addons which separate items into a mess of extra virtual bags, but
without the pitfalls.
Any plans? I doubt it would break the philosophy of your addon--it'd
essentially give us bookmarks for our favourite searches."

Suggestion for new feature.
Since Bagnon already checks alts, I would really love to see a "counter" in the tradeskill window for Inscription.
When i need to make new glyphs, i need to hold my mouse over every single glyph in the overview.
Would it be possible to make a number in the inscription window beside each of the glyphs showing how many exist in bags and bank on the current char, and on alts?
Usually I hold all non-sold glyphs in the bags of my alts, or the banks, then bagnon shows which ones i am low on, but it would be easier if there was a number showing the total of glyphs of each kind i already have in bags (on current or alts).
That way if say Glyph of Swiftmend showed the number "1" beside it, it would indicate that on either this char, or another on the same account, I only had 1 avail, and I would then know I had to make say 2 more of that type.
Any chance for this?
It would be very very very nice..:)
Thnx for a great addon

http://www.wowhead.com/item=60218 Luremaster tackle box, should be given its own option for background color
I suggest a dark blue as bag ground (sea)
Whether you check the Automatic display -> "Display inventory when visiting a vendor" option or not, your inventory automatically opens when viewing a vendor.
If you check the "Display inventory when visiting a vendor" option, then when you close the vendor your bags also auto close, if you don't check this option then bagnon acts like the WOW default (ie: your bags don't auto close when you close the vendor window).
Perhaps the option should be named "Automatically close inventory when closing a vendor window"?
Also, this as far as I can tell is the default behavior (which is in opposition to WOW's default), can bagnon's default be inverted to be more like WOW?
Why not provide something for the user to actively see the equipment of his other characters when using Bagnon_Forever?
As the information is already stored the only question would be how to provide that view.
One possibility would be to show a pseudobag in the bag bar that can be shown.
The other would be to use some kind of character frame look-a-like.
I'm curious what you'll come up with if you decide to include this enhancement.
Ammo and shard bags don't exist anymore, so I don't need options to color them.

I have the Curse Client set to not install libraries separately, but installing or updating Bagnon through the Curse Client causes a standalone copy of Ace3 to also be installed. It looks like this is happening because Ace3 is set as a required dependency on the CurseForge project page, rather than an optional one.
With Junkyard installed, an issue occurs when you
Visit AH, open mailbox (i.e. auto pop-up bags). The default wow bags show in the background with Bagnon overlapped, but items can't be moved.
In the current version of Bagnon, line 213 in main.lua passes the variable 'force' to the oOpenAllBags function. However, it should be passing the variable 'frame'.
When I try to open bags with bagnon I get following error after the 4.0.6 patch

As of the new patch the bagnon addon no longer works.
I was looking if I could add a line for the total number of items on all chars in the tooltip. This seemed to be easy for the actual char, but I was not able to extract the desired information for the remaining chars.
Question: Can a total line be added for all chars?
On my research I found that you obviously intended to display also equipped items. I didn't remember that I had seen any equipped item ever. I believe I found the problem. I think, you are searching for 'e' in the index, but the equipment items are stored as 'ex' or 'exx', where x/xx is the slot number.
Is this possible? would like to remove display of arrows and "gold" icon from by bag
see here: http://i51.tinypic.com/1zpma1v.png
Allow us to combine bags to open in different frames.
example: we have 3 normal bags and 2 herb bags, we combine the 3 normal bags into one and the 2 herb bags into one, them when you open your bags you will see 2 different frames, one with your 3 normal bags and another with the 2 herb bags.
When displaying a tooltip, and listing the alt-owners of an item, colour each owner's name by their class.
I have just made an undead alt and for some reason the portrait in the corner is just a blank box. This shows a picture for my orc character so was just wondering why it doesnt show the undead?
cheers
I was running around in Tol Barad Peninsula doing my dailies when I noticed the yellow "an action was blocked..." error message after closing my world map. I checked my taint log and it seems to have been caused by Bagnon.

From Curse:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/bagnon.aspx#950267
Hey, my setup might be a bit special, but I use another bag addon for my normal backpack shenanigans, and I have Bagnon as a sort of backup which I use if I don't want to see the categorized view of the other addon, and I use it for my bank.
Anyway, I basically never want to see Bagnon unless I open it manually myself with a keybinding, and this was how it worked until 4.1 but now Bagnon opens each time I'm at a vendor, mailbox or bank no matter what.
I got everything disabled in the Automatic Display settings, and I also tried toggling the Display Blizzard frames for disabled bags, but none of those really have any effect.
I added some prints and debugstack calls, and it looks like both MailFrame.lua (line 57) and MerchantFrame.lua (lne 41) call OpenAllBags (and it's hook in Bagnon) and then Bagnon frames get shown. I'm not sure where the bug is in exactly (if there is one)

Ok ehm, maybe I should've actually properly looked at the automatic display settings, I now see there's no settings for opening the bags when at mailbox/vendor, my bad.
Could these be added maybe?
And hmm, I'm pretty sure I didn't used to get the Bagnon frames when I opened any vendor screen, I could be remembering wrong though
When typing in search bar, I'd like to be able to shift+clic an item to have its name written (like ah does).
Some users have suggested coloring items that are unusuable
I wrote a wrapper for Armory, I should take a look at support for:
Implement support in Bagnon for Button Facade
When I open the guild bank I get the Bagnon frame on top of the standard guild bank frame.
Is there a way to hide the blizzard guild bank so that only the bagnon guild bank is showing. i don't need two guild banks showing at the same time?
Hi,
this is an enhancement request.
Could you include some of the features from the FlashFind addon?
-Alt-clicking on a chat link opens the bags and highlights all occurences.
-Alt-clicking on an item opens the bags and highlights all occurences (and counts them).
There is also two other options I would really like to see in "Automatic Display" settings :
From WoWI:
"When i go to crafting tab, i've noticed that i can not split items off stacks until i get out of my craft tab."
Per user:
"BoA isn't a valid search param any more... so there is no way to use search to find BoA pieces... :|"
I know I fixed this in LibItemSearch, so need to make sure that Bagnon is pulling in the right version
As of version 4.2.10 the withdrawing of items from the bank stopped working.
On a clean install, a lot of init bugs are thrown. It was already posted on curse network. The empty load of libitemcache is a nil access.
On login the bank bag shows only the first bag.
Opening the bank once only the first bag is still shown.
Opening the bank again the content of all bags is shown.
Reloading or Restarting the game the sequence starts again.
Even worse when the content of all bags is shown (after accessing the bank two times), no items can be moved from the bank to the bag. The path from bag to bank is also broken.
Therefore the current version delivered by the curse client is completely broken.
I know the BF support for Bagnon is fairly new, but I'm having a huge problem in that Bagnon doesn't seem to be saving my BF settings for itself in the SavedVariables folder/file. At first, I could make it work by changing the BF default to what I wanted Bagnon to be, but now even that seems to be broken since the 4.2.4 update (I'm using 4.2.5 currently.)
I noticed that you had a ticket on the ButtonFacade wowace page--related problem?
Make Bagnon go faster.
When moving items in my inventory I noticed that the item does not get properly "moved" until I close and then reopen my bags. The items turn grey and are moved however the picture of the item remains in it's previous spot. This also occurs when selling items to vendors.
I didnt see this in the issue list. Would it be possible to add cut gem stacking automatically?
Bank frame displays no items on first load. Items are correctly loaded on 2nd Bank frame load.
Unable to move/remove items FROM Bank and GBank with left-click, right-click, or shift-click.
Able to move items INTO Bank/GBank with right-click only, but Bank does not display item until it is opened again.
NOTE: All other addons disabled, problem persists. There are NOT any LUA errors.
I need to finish Bagnon's guild bank support, or drop it :P
As title.
when putting the bag frame at some place, it will slightly move the position after toggle display bags on then off.
to reproduce this movement need to try by positioning the bag frame in certain area.
It would be cool to have the ability to sort items in my bag alphabetically.
Thanks,
David
What steps will reproduce the problem?
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: When moused over, the stack shows the Prospect tooltip details. When right clicked, the stack is milled or prospected.
Actual: Nothing happens. When moused over, the Prospect tooltip details are not present. The right click appears to be ignored.
What version of the product are you using?
Prospect v201103020052
Bagnon v2.16.1
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error was generated.
Please provide any additional information below.
If Bagnon is disabled, Prospect works as expected. I also tested it with my full suite of addons. It worked with Bagnon disabled, and showed the bug above when Bagnon was enabled.
See also this ticket for Prospect:

I had a major crash with wow the other day. Now the bank frame shows no items when I use the shift left click when viewing the bag frame. The frame is blank. No items, no bags. It shows properly when I go to the bank.
I tried removing bagnon and then re-installing. Did not fix it.
Thanks for a great product. It is the best!
The first time I tried after logging in I got the error below. After that, I hear the sound but don't see the bags.
