We should implement the pubsub API in python for managing the dispatching of pepes and various updates

For some reason when you start your client, it will fail to retrieve the latest pepes, But if another client connects the first one will be updated

As of now, the pepes are just a set of hashes, but we need to include other metadata (like timestamps and number of copies) to calculate their normieness, also that metadata must be reliable

Due to ipfs dht findprovs api, the calculation of the normieness is slow.
Maybe we should move from findprovs to a dedicated pubsub channel

The TOR protocol doesn't support UDP connection as of now, this may be a problem because most of the DHT implementations rely on UDP.

We may have to switch to another anonymity platform or find other DHT-like implementations for file distribution
