Change from static to dynamic page

Rewrite some of the frontend code using most likely Bootstrap grid system to allow for dynamic page resizing. Currently UI is only optimized for large and x-large page sizes.

• moving left/right/up/down arrangement (regular snake game)
• moving in zig-zag format

Speed Boost, Shield, Squid (ink other player's screens), etc

Restructure and clean up js files to allow for smooth gameplay for 2 players (scale later to allow for multiple players and database integration)
