Configure the channels live extension enabled unit test to test against an extension which is publicly published.

Unfortunately, Twitch has announced to deprecate the twitch extension REST API.

"These endpoints have been deprecated as they are a part of the Legacy Twitch API v5 infrastructure. Extensions developers should migrate to the Extensions-related endpoints in the Twitch API reference before the v5 shutdown windows beginning on February 7, 2022 and the final shutdown on February 28, 2022. I have migrated all necessary endpoints and Twitch EBS utils like JWT/CLAIMS
into the Helix go module.

The utils package within go-twitch-ext is publicly exposed, accidentally, move to /internal/ dir.
