Standardize unified damage names

This should be a simple fix, but this repository is a bit of a mess right now since we haven't standardized how we branch. Once current major changes are done, we need to give standard names to damage and defense.

Currently the status modifiers use "damage" while the characters use "attack". For unification purposes, we will choose attack. Damage can be misleading because the actual damage dealt is dependent on other stats as well.

Update player-facing protos with Player UUID field

While making the backend, I was thinking about how to uniquely identifying each player, and saw that using java.util.UUID might be good. Haven't figured out how to store it (could just be String, dunno yet), but might be worth looking into. This thread can be for whether or not UUID is the best way to uniquely represent players.
