Count execution time for "exchangeinterval"
Currently, if exchange operation in ExchangeThread takes very long, actual exchange interval will be longer than specified.
Need to count in that execution time for more precise interval.
Server cannot resolve JsonSyntaxException
When Server is not receiving correct JSON Syntax, it will throw a JsonSyntaxExcepition and go down
Multiple client connection breaks "connectioninterval" rule
Need to prevent/delay a second connection from client if connection interval hasn't passed
FETCH command with an empty URI
Currently, the server will respond success and return no resources.
We probably can throw an invalid resourceTemplate exception
FETCH Exceptions BUG
Cannot throw "missing resourceTemplate" exception when "uri" fields is missing.
