Dear j-bellavance,

I am using your commonbus library and it is working great for my needs!
I think I found a small bug, which prevents one to set the Debounce time:
debounceWidth is declared as a local variable in function setDebounce function, thus preventing the use of this function except with an input value of 16

If you want I can make a pull request, but I don't think it worth it.

I wanted to thank you for this library, and couldn't find another location to comment. I have been working with encoders on arduino for a while and this library is by far the most simple, and stable one among the ones I have tried. For some reason this library never shows up on google searches.
