I have a set of nodes that look like:

node1
---- node2
---- node3

nodeA

If I do a nodeA.appendChild(node1) it doesn't work, node1 has child nodes. I looked at the code and found out why, could you please explain the reason for this. BTW, I commented out the code that caused the problem and it worked fine. What am I missing? Is this a bug? And could I please get a fix if so. Thanks.
