The jQuery template isn't generated properly from the MovieEntryEditor. Since $, { and } are invalid characters for the ID attribute, the result html is sanitized by replacing them with underscores. This not only creates elements whose name and id attribute don't match (not really a problem), but also creates a situation where inserting instances of the template into the page violate the uniqueness of the id attribute on the page.
