A command like

/price 5 LTC BRL

Should return the LTC price in USD, BTC and BRL

At least one user sent /p or /price expecting the same behaviour from /conv 1 BTC USD.

When the /feedback command is issued without parameters (empty message), the [RCV] log is being sent to the message issuer instead to the admin / group admin.

matehackers/matebot@39da8f6 is a fork of this bot and is currently more advanced. The code there should be incorporated here.

Apart from /conv and /price, other commands should be enabled on groups IF someone set it to.

For now it should be settable by configParser or /admin, but in the future, by a group moderator. This last requirement would require more telepot docs reading.
