Enable users to provide custom templates
Currently the header and children templates are hard-coded.
I need to figure out how to enable a custom template for these, and defaulting to the standards if not provided
Remove dependency on highlight.js
Currently the syntax highlighter has a dependency on highlight.js - Either remove this component, or decide on an alternative solution
Fix AoT Compilation
We're currently building with ngc, yet metadata files aren't being generated. This could be related to something with either typescript 2.1 or ng 2.3.0

Currently there are no spec/e2e tests - these will need writing asap
Accordion needs accessibility keybinds
ARIA authoring practices list the keybinds expected on an accordion - including arrow-up & arrow-down
