Could not compile libpasyaml_testproject with error:
pasyaml.pas(270,18) Error: Forward declaration not solved "CreateMapValue(AnsiString):TYamlFile.TOptionWriter;"

I try to run my test code that was similar to your libpasyaml_testproject. I have got violation error, compiling without problem.
Also libpasyaml_testiproject shows lot of similar issues.
I add my test script here for your testing. If you see same issue.
It was compiled at linux (Raspberry pi) with lazarus v.2.3
