outputs: all detected moving obstacles within the field, in the forms of X,Y line segments
methodology:
detect obstacles based on LIDAR drastic depth changes, store as a line segment, with a starting X/Y and ending X,Y on the field - compare against all previous obstacles and determine if significant movement occurred from previous frame or not

@eta0920 can I get an example of a lidar scan data & the format of the field (i.e. how we keep track of it, where Yeti is, etc.)
