What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think that the idea of an open source TR-069 client is great. Specially 
if the client also implements the TR-111 protocol and could be installed 
in Windows and Linux.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This should be designed for WinXP, Vista, 7 and Linux

There's no other project I'm aware of of an open source TR'069 protocol 
stack and data model

 I find many apache's jars under jcpe, such as "apache commons httpclient".

 I will use jcpe on the phoneme advanced. can jcpe run under phoneme 
advanced
