goblktest should use O_DIRECT by default and permit optionally disabling it.

This will require import "syscall" and using syscall.O_DIRECT in os.FileOpen

It may be valuable to simply identify that a device has failed at all, and to save the CPU cycles and IO time and abort right then.

If testing with a large blocksize for performance reasons, we should offer the ability to retest at the smallest possible block size to inform the user of the failed region, or if the failure was transient.

We should offer the ability to output results to file or pipe. Consider both a human-readable report format as well as a machine-readable format such as JSON.
