Improve the homepage design.

Requests from the IPNI team:

Index page should be similar to ipfs.tech or ipld.io\

  • We need a section with sample background image (with what is ipni text on top of it)
  • Section 2 will be why IPNI ( like The web of tomorrow needs IPFS today in ipfs.tech) add placeholder text and images
  • Partners section from cid.contact - exact copy paste would do
  • Media section from ipld.io with https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuhRWgmPaHtRP5lVouK_eqhC98xaej6Px videos
  • Main menu to have just 1 item called spec linked to github
