I have this problem in 3.9 version
when I click the picker button, date picking box will fade quickly, so I can't pick a date.
I'd used the original kendo.web.min.js library and in worked fine with Georgian calendar.
I will be grateful if you could help me with this.

this approach is coflict with fa-IR culture. when i change culture of admin panel, the editor(textbox) for date picker has show validation error message after submit form. the error message : "The value '6/12/2017' is not valid for StartDate"
