Would be nice to add Cloudwatch Logs to this. Will create a PR if I can find the time in the coming days.

This is a feature request for the README to include the required IAM permissions.

CREATE_FAILED AWS::EC2::Instance Ec2Instance The specified instance type can only be used in a VPC. A subnet ID or network interface ID is required to carry out the request.

One day after setting up the full node, I noticed that a new S3 bucket has been created by the same user account that created the CloudFormation.

I haven't manually created this bucket. It's named cf-templates-1pukote766dkc-ap-southeast-1.

I don't see it in the CloudFormation resources. Could it have been created by scripts running at startup/ created by AWS automatically to store cf-templates?

The bucket is currently empty

The http://db.iota.partners/IOTA.partners-mainnetdb.tar.gz download is greater than 13 GB now which causes issues when unzipping. I'm on t2.medium, which is the current default.

I've set it up multiple times but after creating "WaitForInstanceWaitHandle", it fails to create "WaitForInstance" and eventually the whole thing doesn't create

I got the node to run successfully but I can't seem to connect it to my IOTA wallet. Is there a way to connect these? I am running my IOTA wallet on my Mac can there be some clarification on this part?

The current error is coming:

"SignatureDoesNotMatchThe request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.AKIAI5HZ6UQ52CI4LR4AAWS4-HMAC-SHA256 20180123T203739Z 20180123/us-east-2/s3/aws4_reques"

Any insights to fixing this?

I am getting the following error when i try to set up the machine via the provided cloud formation template:

Template validation error: S3 error: Access Denied For more information check http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/ErrorResponses.html

Any ideas what that could be?

Somehow the process to set up the stack is not completed. Below the events just before it stops. It sets up the instance but then somehow discontinues.. could this be linked to the space issue mentioned by William? Thank you for your help.

I has used the Cloudformation to create the stack, but when i try to enter in the IRI URL in port 14265 always return this error:
{"error":"Invalid API Version","duration":0}
