Missing main entry

npm install spiget
Copy and run the quick start code in the README

Error message

node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:361
      throw err;
Error: Cannot find module './node_modules/spiget/dist/index.js'. Please verify that the package.json has a valid "main" entry

I'm using Node 16 on Ubuntu LTS 20.04. I can replicate this on 0.1.1 and 0.1.2. 0.1.0 works fine.
