Ultimately this webservice returns all the things are are listable: http://iodocs.apps.intermine.org/flymine-beta/docs#/ws-classkeys/GET/classkeys but it's big and we don't need to present that at the first stage.
Initially let's add a per-mine config with defaults matching the mine in question, probably mostly [protein,gene]. technically the 'good' defaults in the jsp interface are configured via tags but this isn't exposed via webservice so we'll have to work around it.

and organisms. as an example, humanmine knows about the drosophila gene FBgn0000568, but upload doesn't find it.
