@syrte 资源之类的好像也不好强制什么的。
不过我突然有个想法，在太空中航行的船员或者船长什么的，应该有个类似驾驶证之类的证件，可以在申请证件的时候，让他们宣誓什么的。就像医生的宣誓。比如宣誓在紧急情况下去救人之类的。

感觉有些不好实现呀。
任何船只收到求救信号都必须去前去营救。
我觉得对于失事的太空船应该第一时间联系地球/火星/其他什么的地方的事故应急中心，这些中心应该掌握有失事船附近其他船实时的位置以及轨道数据，由中心决定附近的哪艘船/哪些船前去营救。这样是不是资源配置更合理一点？不过好像有点耽误营救时间？（耽误几十分钟左右？）

@ProtossProbe 原则上应该是有个调配的，不过片中来看，因为这种求救信号一般都因为主通信设备出来问题，有一定的范围，所以大概能够传播的也不是那么远。
