Change CosmosDB provisioning to ARM Template

I would like to change the method of provisioning containers of CosmosDB to ARM Template.
In addition, create lease container in one database.

Android デバイスでの2度目の起動が落ちる

このプルリクでアプリを起動すると2回目の起動が落ちる。
原因はデバイスIDの取得が2回目以降は発行されないことで文字列がnullであることがおそらく原因。

POS API の動作確認に使用する商品コードが正しくない

pos-service-api.yaml の API に記載された商品コードが正しくないため、fudepen の商品コードに修正する必要があります。（動作確認時にコード書き換えの手間が発生してしまう）
