Hi! I'm a primary researcher studying in ILD. I have learned your paper carefully, and it's really detailed and valuable. However I have no resource to train a model on my own, is there a model available for download?

Hi Intact-project team,

I want to re-implement the model in this paper and repo, but I found that in the sample code, you use the MNIST dataset.
And in the paper, the dataset is: "To train and evaluate the CNN, we used a dataset of 14696 image patches, derived by 120 CT scans from different scanners and hospitals."
So I wonder is there any access to get the dataset of 14696 image patches?

I use Keras v0.3.3 and the parameter

activation=LeakyReLU()

inside the model.add(Convolution2D()) method

does not work anymore compared to v0.3.2
