Kerning AWA, AVA, Wa, Va, etc. (Ẃ, Ŵ, á, ą, ...)

The spacing between the letters is fine for me, but I was wondering if it can be lowered even more, like in the fonts "ITC Garamond Condensed Light", "Berthold Garamond Condensed" and "Garamond Nova Condensed Light".

Add Esperanto accents

Hi,
I found this font on Google Fonts and I think it's really nice. However, it skips over the Esperanto accented letters (except for Ŭŭ, which apparently is used in Bulgarian romanisation) in the Latin Extended-A block. As an Esperanto speaker, it honestly bothers me a lot when fonts do this — it happens way too often, likely because of the incorrect perception that no one speaks the language, despite the effort to include the letters seeming so minimal. To that end I'd like to request these ten accented characters (ĈĉĜĝĤĥĴĵŜŝ) be included. I would make a PR, but I don't own a Mac and can't use Glyphs.
