Error in `Pkg.add("DataIndexer")`

when I type in using DataIndexer as README, it raise an error:

julia> using DataIndexer
ERROR: ArgumentError: Package DataIndexer not found in current path: 
- Run `import Pkg; Pkg.add("DataIndexer")` to install the DataIndexer package.

And as I type in import Pkg; Pkg.add("DataIndexer"), it says

julia> import Pkg

julia> Pkg.add("DataIndexer")
ERROR: The following package names could not be resolved:
 * DataIndexer (not found in project, manifest or registry)
