Note that only .NET Core is supported since APM is not currently supported on DataDog's Windows agent.

Turn Be.Vlaanderen.Basisregisters.DataDog.Tracing.Autofac into a netstandard library

Right now we are forced to target netcoreapp due to the usage of FeatureToggle

For requests to resolve this, see:

At the moment, not much response seems to occur (question dates from July 2018), so it might be needed to fork it and build our own version for netstandard as to not burden everyone consuming our library to also be forced to take a dependency on netcoreapp when all they want is a library.
