还有就是可以顺道去掉cache-size上限限制，这个比较好修改，主要是上面的bug希望解决，现在dnsmasq约2.5w条规则，qps长期处于1k以上状态，弃用原版dnsmasq迫在眉睫，希望能早点处理这个问题，多谢！

fastlookup-v2.77test4分支不会说立马崩溃，但是在高qps下响应完全不如原版dnsmasq，而且没有配置上游的域名居然也能被解析，过一会儿还是会崩溃。
