Create a dashboard for adding quiz questions in /dashboard/organizer/quiz route

To be displayed in the organiser dashboard. Organiser can choose to create a quiz once a round is created. Display a button near the round tab for the same.

1. add a field to ask users if they need accommodation to existing reg form
2. dropdown for users to select accommodation( list will be provided)
3. dashboard for Accommodation committee to view participants opting for accommodation

• Get Quiz by event
• Get submissions

Participants

• Get all questions for quiz
• Summary after submit
