unraid-templates's Issues

NordLynx Can't Login / Can't Get Private Key

First off, thank you for your support and development. I am using your older nordvpn container and it works great, but I noticed recently that it's not available on the CA. I have also subsequently noticed that my nordvpn container will just stop. I figured it's time to update to nordlynx, but I'm running into issues.

I can install the nordlynx container with no issues (no private key inputted). I check logs and get the private key missing notification. I copy the script and try to run it and get:
docker run --rm --cap-add=NET_ADMIN -e USER=XXX -e PASS=XXX bubuntux/nordvpn:get_private_key
A new version of NordVPN is available! Please update the application.
We couldn't log you in. Make sure your credentials are correct. If you have MFA enabled, log in using the 'nordvpn login' command.
Invalid Username or password.

I have tried my NordVPN service credentials as well as my standard user credentials with no luck. I know the credentials work because I have my Nord account open in another tab and have disabled MFA.

I have tried logging into the container manually:
docker login nordvpn and am getting:
docker login nordvpn
Username: email address
Password:
Error response from daemon: Get "https://nordvpn/v2/": dial tcp: lookup nordvpn on 192.168.20.1:53: no such host

I'm not super knowledgeable on containers and Docker, so I'm kind of stuck on how to move forward.

On a side note, I also noticed there is no icon for nordlynx

Any help is appreciated

Lost Entries in the Template

Hello,

in the Template is no Option for the User/PW and no for Read Only Mount the Local Unraid Path.

The Language Option is not clear. Overall Enter Europe/Berlin for German TZ and Language?

Many Thanks!

cannot get private key to work

I have just had to delete and rebuild my whole docker client in unraid and when i tried to install nordlynx again I cannot get it to work.

this is in the log file
Key is not the correct length or format: `'
Configuration parsing error

however at the bottom it says its connected, but nothing works routed through the container.

when i ran:
docker run --rm --cap-add=NET_ADMIN -e TOKEN='token' bubuntux/nordvpn:get_private_key
i get the following:
Unable to find image 'bubuntux/nordvpn:get_private_key' locally

this also creates an orphaned image in the docker containers:
Image ID: bff3fa2cbb79
bubuntux/nordvpn:get_private_key

i know i have exposed too much here so i will generate a new token and private key if i can have someone tell me what im doing wrong.

when i run curl ifconfig.co from within the nordlynx docker container it just hangs.

Cannot change username and password in Unraid Template

The instructions do not work. The command fails on applying the extra parameters.
"The default username and password is rclone/rclone. To change it, modify the --rc-user and --rc-pass values foor Extra Parameters in unRAID's container configuration."

Permissions incorrect when transferring from remote to local filesystem

I regularly use rclone to transfer remote files (via SFTP) to my Unraid server shares. However, despite specifying the UID/GID in the template, the permissions of files transferred from a remote to the local filesystem are root:root rather than nobody:users. This results in the transferred files being inaccessible to other users or applications attempting to access the files.

The rclone docker installation instructions note this issue:

By default, the rclone binary inside a Docker container runs with UID=0 (root). As a result, all files created in a run will have UID=0. If your config and data files reside on the host with a non-root UID:GID, you need to pass these on the container start command line.

It seems like the PUID and PGID are not having the intended effect.

Anyone tried installing this Docker recently? Nothing happens after clicking install and clicking Done

Anyone tried installing this Docker recently in Unraid?
Nothing happens after clicking install and clicking Done

I click the Install button on the apps page, get taken to the configuration page, then after making sure it's all good, I click Done and, instead of seeing this show up running under my docker images, I'm taken back to the apps page.

Is this expected? Should I be changing anything else in the settings before clicking Done?

Thanks

Add country codes

Not really an issue, more a quality of life thing as I spent far too long tracking down this info.
It would be good to put this list in the readme and or/docker description for people's conviniance.

PHP_TZ wrong Key for Nacho-Rclone-Native-GUI?

This does not look right to me. Shouldn't the Key also be named PHP_TZ?

image

If I wanted to change this (let's say to Europe/Paris) which field am I supposed to overwrite? Just the value? Why would the Key still be called America/New_York

WebUI and Port Mappings issues

I'm unable to see the WebUI option using your Rclone template. Also for unknown reason the Port Mappings it's not showing
