Using npm lint add a CI/CD test with github workflows to check linting errors.

Something is causing a 403 forbidden error message when you first load the hosted app (even before searching)

Clicking on the input results in multiple toasts as Chakra generates a unique id for each toast by default. Fixing this by passing an id to the toast.

Having the github api in use, it rate limits its requests to 60 per minute which makes it difficult for more than 3 users to browse at a time.
