Frontend List of Donors with Gravatars & Opt-in/out about givewp HOT 10 CLOSED

I've disabled the Gravatar functionality until this can be hashed out a bit more. I agree the settings should be form specific.

Items needed for this:

• Donor opt-in/out of public display (Private donation checkbox)
• Shortcode with columns attribute to display a list of donors in 2/3/4/6 columns
• Shortcode should also have a Form ID filter; if none is provided pull all donors globally who have given to all forms
