The Stripe Customer ID is saved in both the donor and donation meta. I would recommend using the donation meta as it's the most accurate in terms of the associated donation/payment record.

The function give_stripe_get_customer_key() will give you the meta key which changes to accommodate for test mode.

Access Stripe Customer ID from donation meta:

give()->payment_meta->get_meta($donationId, give_stripe_get_customer_key(), true);

Access Stripe Customer ID from donor meta:

give()->donor_meta->get_meta($donorId, give_stripe_get_customer_key(), true);
