A youth version of the CORE questionnaire

Allow multiple questionnaires to be gathered into a collection. This is useful for questionnaires which have various forms (i.e. lengths or target audiences).

Create a interactive CLI to help with defining questionnaires. The most demanding activity is defining the questions and categories, start with creating a tool which helps with that aspect of defining a questionnaire.
