Describe the bug

Upon Pull Request opening, the CONTRIBUTING link within it is clearly broken for the absence of a correct path.

To Reproduce

1. Open a Pull Request
2. Click on the template-provided CONTRIBUTING link
3. See "Not Found"

Hi, I've spent some time looking for the code where the Bluetooth to "exposure" mapping is done.

I suppose it is related to the Exposure Detection and Total Risk Score described in this document:

I'm looking for the actual parameters, thresholds used by the app and for the code. Something like:

risk score = f(bluetooth signal, duration, etc.)

and the test code.

The CONTRIBUTING documentation describes checks that do run upon Pull Request opening, yet they are not currently present.
