Notes.exe。Win + Shift + F8 新建便签。Ctrl + Enter 添加。Win + Shift + F7，解锁便签。Setting 中修改。使用有任何需求改进，欢迎给我提出 issue ~
win+d，便签会被缩小
现在有开启所有便签鼠标穿透的快捷键，但是没有关闭全部的快捷键
