Delta change in data wasn't captured instead everyday data is taken. Hence there is a mismatch from the original numbers. Total IN-Nat cases in Kerala for instance is 25 in mohfw but the complete data csv says 87.

Due to change in website front end the web scrapping code isn't working properly.

why not you modify your code to just concatenate new data with complete.csv data instead of reading day by day data and making a new complete.csv

can you explain cell 29

you are using two-column name in cols list which is '
'Total Confirmed cases (Indian National)', 'Total Confirmed cases ( Foreign National )'

and filling it with 0

but there is no column name in complete_df with these names
