Does not work with jobs in folders

Hi,

I appreciate you working on this script! It's very useful and much better than trying to take manual backups.

I just attempted to restore one of the backups in preparation for migrating from one server to another, and I noticed that none of my jobs that are within folders got restored.

Any tips?
