CMake finds Python3 though incompatible with it.
CMake finds Python3 if there are both Python2 and Python3. K3D isn't built with Python3 because it has incompatible headers. It can't be fixed with Python_ADDITIONAL_VERSIONS. Maybe it is bug in the FindPythonLibs.
Workaround: edit PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR and PYTHON_LIBRARY in the CMakeCache.txt.
Why circular dependencies are allowed for properties?
Why circular dependencies are allowed for properties? I don't mean nodes dependencies. I mean what you can see in the data::property_lookup method.
CMake finds libGLEW.so even if libGLEWmx.so is not installed.
CMake finds libGLEW.so even if libGLEWmx.so (multi-context version) is not installed. K3D isn't built with libGLEW.so because they have different compile flags and linker get 'unresolved symbols'.
Workaround: edit K3D_GLEW_LIBRARY in the CMakeCache.txt if you installed libGLEWmx.so after cmake command.
Osmesa module isn't built and so are some QTUI modules.
