biggest question: are these tests or individuals?

now, I think these are individuals, adding both antigen and pcr tests.

• access page, from which we scrape the data
• case-counts page
• FT page

The statewide individual cases total on the access page is very close to the sum of PCR Individuals Positive and the Antigen Indivduals Positive on the case-counts page.

The cumulative cases given for Iowa in the FT page lines up with the PCR Individuals Positive on the case-counts page.

It seems that the access page did not update the data table on 2021-03-04 until 14h30 local time.

It seems that IDPH will not update the accessibility page for 2021-03-06; it remains to be seen how often the data may not be updated.

Perhaps it could be useful to impute missing days?
