Some users may want to exclude some directories or files not to convert files.

Now we have index.html and pages.html template files.
It's better to unify to template.html to improve maintainability.

It's better when we can remove input_dir in mdsite.yaml.
I think using current directoyr as input_dir is enough for mdsite.

Currently, each target on Makefile executes the installation process.
like here.

It increases the execution time.

I will add when I feel code quality is enough.

$ mdsite --config example.yaml

When --config is not given, then mdsite.yaml will be used.
