Your header appears to have 2 different logos/titles.

I recommend that you remove "Albany Law School" and display "NYS Renters Guide" more prominently. Reference to Albany Law School can be made at the footer of the page.

Hi guys! I think we should at least start doing the project proposal online. This is what we have to do:

Hey everyone, I just want to note that we are only 2 weeks away from the due date of our project midterm. Let's start getting everything together sooner than later. I'd assume everyone will be tied up with studying for midterm exams but we can't forget about this stage. There is a lot of work that needs to be taken care of for this stage, so if we all can contribute a little bit each day that would be awesome. We need to schedule days we can all meet up and create a repo on GitHub where we can view and add to the code. Comment here your availability so we can meet up outside of class. I'm available anytime Mondays-Wednesdays-Friday and depending on my work schedule I can do weekends too.

I would like to talk a bit more about the "blue print " or the delegation of what we are doing for the final now . that way when it comes time there not be confusion on whatever ones task are :).
I think we should use the check boxes as well so we know who has done what and it is done.
I had and issues with the midterm just because I didn't know who was doing what and what was done..as well as where I was needed .As soon as I stated something it was done or some other compilation happened .Talking about it will hopefully stop that form happening aging so it will run more smoothly.
